What is financed
The support rates vary depending on the sub-measure and are set out in the Call (see Related files). Eligible expenditure within investment proposals for all categories of sub-measures may be:

The purchase of built or unbuilt land is an eligible expenditure, in cases of operations that include building infrastructure, as well as expenditure on the shaping of the surrounding area in order to meet the needs of the investment, up to 10 % of the operation's total eligible expenditure. For abandoned and former industrial installations that include buildings, this limit is increased to 15 %.
- 2. Purchase, including transport and installation, of equipment and laboratory equipment insofar as it serves the operation of the investment. Also, equipment for energy production from renewable energy sources, water-saving and waste-treatment equipment, provided that they correspond to the capacity or needs of the unit and do not constitute a standalone expenditure but a supplementary expenditure in productive investments. In the event of use of Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 651/2014, aid for energy production is not eligible and therefore neither is equipment for energy production from renewable energy sources.

- 7. General expenditure linked to the unit's installations and equipment, such as fees for architects, engineers and consultants, fees for advice on environmental and economic sustainability, including feasibility study costs. These costs may not exceed 10% of the total cost of the operation. Of the above expenditure, where use is made of Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 651/2014, only those meeting the conditions of Article 4 point II.G.ii.10 of this document may be eligible and may be considered intangible assets. These costs may also include consulting services for the submission and technical support of the support application. In the case of operations supported under Regulation (EU) 651/2014, consulting services costs for the submission and technical support of the support application are not eligible.
